Your role and responsibilitiesAs an IBM Product Management Intern, you'll gain hands‑on experience helping shape innovative products that solve real-world business and technology challenges. Working alongside experienced Product Managers, you'll contribute to product strategy, market analysis, roadmap planning, and go‑to‑market initiatives while developing a deeper understanding of the product lifecycle.
With open roles in both Austin, TX and Poughkeepsie, NY, this internship with IBM Infrastructure's Growth & Innovation team will offer exposure to the core disciplines of product management,and we're looking for curious, analytical, and adaptable students who enjoy solving problems, learning new technologies and working collaboratively. Successful candidates bring strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and a willingness to challenge assumptions in pursuit of better outcomes.

Required technical and professional expertiseMinimally, the incumbent will be open to work in either Austin, TX or Poughkeepsie, NY and will possess:
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Interest in product or offering management, digital transformation, or enterprise IT services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional, global teams
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud, AI, or infrastructure technologies is a plus
- Ability to drive relentlessly towards a business target
- Must be a self‑starter with an excellent ability to work independently
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in:
Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Information Technology, Data Sciences or related majors.
