• Conduct and report on transfer agency operations for moderate‑complexity clients.
• Lead client onboarding and internal conversions.
• Produce key metric reporting and provide oversight to daily Transfer Agency processes.
• Assist management with day‑to‑day operations, resolve escalated issues, and enhance productivity through process review and control improvements.
• Lead project management initiatives, including onboarding of new clients and collaboration with technology and line‑of‑business teams as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, mitigate risk, enhance client relationships, and recommend new products/services to drive revenue growth.
• Participate in client engagement regarding new products, services, or key business changes.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members and contribute to team objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 3–5 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in transfer agency operations preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to apply key controls/processes to identify potential risk.
• Strong project management, client engagement, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

BNY offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid leave, paid volunteer time, and wellness programs. Base salary for this position ranges from $58,000 to $96,000 per year, adjusted for experience and market location.
