JOB SUMMARY

As a member of the Strategic Account Management team, the Junior Account Manager provides operational and administrative support across B-Stock’s enterprise Mobile and General Merchandise seller accounts. This role focuses on accurate and timely execution across marketplace setup and maintenance, reporting, listing and lotting support, buyer communications, and cross-functional coordination. The Junior Account Manager will initially work primarily to support Account Managers and help ensure client needs and internal action items are completed accurately and on time.

As this individual develops their account knowledge and capabilities, they will have opportunities to participate more directly in client conversations and grow toward greater account ownership. This individual will work in a hybrid function at our Boston office location 2-3 days per week.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Account Managers with the day-to-day operational and administrative needs of assigned enterprise accounts. Coordinate listing, lotting, and third-party marketplace workflows — including warehouse setup — ensuring marketplace and inventory information is complete, accurate, and entered on time, in partnership with Product and other internal stakeholders. Prepare client recaps, account updates, ad hoc reports, and other client-ready materials. Review marketplace data and reporting to identify issues, patterns, and basic trends, and clearly communicate relevant findings.

Assist with buyer communications and dispute-related matters in partnership with Client Services/Mediation. Track client requests, internal action items, deadlines, and follow-ups, working cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Client Services/Mediation, and other internal teams to resolve issues and support client needs. Develop an understanding of each assigned client’s business, marketplace, inventory, and operational requirements. Execute recurring and one‑time projects that benefit clients, buyers, and internal stakeholders.

Participate in client communications as appropriate, with the opportunity to take on greater client-facing responsibility and account ownership over time. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the Account Management team.
