Product Manager
About The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager who is not only passionate about building meaningful digital products but is also a strong decision‑maker, a structured thinker, and a natural problem solver.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will design and lead the entire lifecycle for one or more strategic initiatives. This includes product strategy, planning, and execution from the initial concept through the launch, iteration, and growth phases. You’ll collaborate closely with the design & engineering to work in cross‑functional teams, take ownership of complex product areas, guiding them from insight to execution and drive features to success.
You should be able to manage complexity, visually articulate your thinking, and independently structure your work while staying aligned with company goals. As a senior team member, you'll also play a key role in mentoring and coaching other product managers, shaping the product practice as our team and company scale.
The Senior Product Manager is pivotal in guiding the company through growth. They take a more active role in strategy and leadership while still being hands‑on in execution, bridging the gap between tactical efforts and long‑term vision.
