- Drive execution of the OGSIVEO market access strategy, aligning strategic priorities with field-facing tactics
- Lead development and evolution of the OGSIVEO value proposition and resources for payers, population-based decision-makers, and channel customers
- Lead non-personal promotion initiatives for market access audiences, including cross-functional alignment, content development, channel optimization, and performance tracking
- Shape and drive pull-through of GPO strategy with cross-functional partners
- Oversee project management, issue resolution, MLR review progression, stakeholder training, and effectiveness measurement frameworks
- Conduct market research and create access customer tactics with the Brand team
- Manage payer- and channel-specific value propositions, strategies, and tactical plans with Account Director and matrix teams
- Partner with Sales and Sales Advisory teams on customer-facing execution and field-team value messaging
- Monitor US market access trends, analytics, health policy developments, and customer or trade association activity
- Support value-focused pricing strategy while balancing financial impact with patient and customer experience
- Capture external customer insights for value, access, and pricing planning
- Engage customers influencing product access and availability
- Interface with vendors, payers, PBMs, population-based decision-makers, and external organizations
- Bachelor's degree in business or related disciplines
- 7+ years of experience in the pharma or biotech industry
- At least 3 years of internal market access or marketing experience
- Expertise in the US market access environment, including payers, health systems, pharmacies, health policy, and reimbursement
- US market access oncology experience preferred
- Strong understanding of US payer and channel dynamics, including managed care organizations, IDNs, distribution, specialty pharmacy, and GPOs
- Experience with Commercial brand planning and brand team engagement
- Financial acumen, including resource allocation, budget management, and reporting
- Oncology and/or rare disease experience
- Ability to advance concepts, resources, and/or assets through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, processes, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
- Ability to lead, align, and motivate cross-functional teams without direct supervisory authority
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a matrixed environment
- Strong ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
- Ability to communicate effectively with commercial and cross-functional stakeholders
- Travel expectation up to 20% for internal and external meetings
Demonstrates expertise in US market access strategies, payer dynamics, and oncology market trends, while effectively managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications. Proven ability to develop value propositions and execute market access initiatives that align with business objectives.
