For our client, we are seeking a Business Operations Director to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This role will lead enterprise business operations efforts with a focus on building scalable operating models, improving execution efficiency, and strengthening decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate will partner closely with executive leaders and cross-functional teams to shape strategic planning, solve complex organizational challenges, and translate data into actionable business improvements.
A strong focus on AI-enabled process improvement, analytical rigor, and change agility will be essential to driving measurable operational impact in a fast-moving technology environment.
Location:
Boston, MA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $229,000 – $255,000 annually
Responsibilities- Apply first principles problem solving to organizational challenges
- Drive an AI-first approach in business operations and workflows
- Embed data-driven decision making into operational processes
- Demonstrate change agility to navigate evolving business priorities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from identification to implementation
- Serve as a trusted advisor on strategic planning to executives
- Design scalable business processes to enhance execution efficiency
- 12+ years of experience in management consulting or business operations in B2B technology
- Success influencing executive decision-making without formal authority
- Experience designing scalable operating models with measurable impact
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into insights
- Experience applying AI technologies to improve business operations
