Part Time Procurement Auditor

Procurement Auditor (Part Time) - Hybrid / Boston, MA

Our client, a large organization in the education sector, is seeking a part-time Procurement Auditor to support a supplier data review and audit initiative. This role involves reviewing vendor records, validating information across systems, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting procurement and accounts payable processes.

• Review and audit vendor and supplier records for accuracy and completeness.
• Validate information across multiple systems and update records as needed.
• Analyze contracts and account documentation to ensure consistency with internal records.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, and compliance concerns.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to obtain or verify information.
• Maintain audit trackers, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with supplier payment program evaluations and related reporting.
• Escalate issues requiring further review and provide regular project updates.

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, accounts payable, vendor management, auditing, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting functions.
• Experience with Jaggaer, Workday, or similar ERP/procurement systems preferred.
