AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world‑class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission‑critical applications on top of AWS services.

As a Senior Product Manager-Tech on AFX Pro Serve Team, you will drive the product roadmap for next-generation agentic tools that revolutionize how AWS Pro Serve works. You’ll be responsible for building and orchestrating AI agents that collaborate seamlessly to automate administrative tasks—enabling sellers to focus their time and energy on what they do best: building relationships and closing deals. Working cross‑functionally with engineering, design, and field teams, you’ll define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that measurably reduce seller workload while improving sales effectiveness.

Your work will directly impact thousands of sellers managing hundreds to thousands of accounts, with the goal of achieving significant time savings through intelligent automation and agentic workflows

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience managing technical products or online services

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, Quick Sight
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
