Billing Analyst - Hybrid / Boston, MA Our client, a consumer products organization, is seeking a Billing Analyst to support the finance team with billing operations and customer inquiries. This role focuses on managing billing-related requests, assisting with account documentation, and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of routine billing matters.
Responsibilities- Respond to billing inquiries and customer requests
- Provide billing documentation, invoices, and account-related information
- Research and resolve routine billing issues
- Prioritize and manage incoming requests in a timely manner
- Partner with finance, sales, and other internal teams to support billing operations
- Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative billing activities
- Support ongoing process improvements and customer service efforts
- Experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounting, finance, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience working in a ticketing or customer support environment preferred
- Zendesk and/or Net Suite experience a plus, but not required
