A summer education organization is seeking a Welfare & Accommodation Manager to ensure the safety and wellbeing of students aged 13-17. This role involves managing the welfare and safeguarding structure, overseeing accommodation needs, and providing training for activity leaders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, experience with young people, and fluency in English. This is a residential position that requires working 6 days a week with full board accommodation provided.
