Construction Superintendent – Multi-Family Projects

Our client is a leading construction firm specializing in multi-family residential projects. They are recognized for delivering high-quality work on time and on budget. They are currently seeking experienced Construction Superintendents to join their team. This opportunity is open to all levels of superintendents, from Assistant to Senior.

Our client is looking for Construction Superintendents to oversee multi-family residential projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety protocols, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to high-quality standards.

• Oversee daily construction activities on multi-family projects.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor schedules, identify potential delays, and implement solutions.
• Enforce safety procedures and compliance with OSHA standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Review plans and specifications to ensure alignment with design intent.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, owners, and stakeholders regarding progress and issues.

• Proven experience in multi-family construction projects.
• Experience at any level of superintendent:
  Assistant, Intermediate, or Senior.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with construction schedules, budgets, and project management software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (optional).
• Experience with large-scale multi-family residential projects.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Procore or Buildertrend.
