Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects of varying size and complexity, ensuring on-time delivery and contract compliance.
- Coordinate and oversee site work operations, ground up construction activities, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Serve as the main client liaison throughout project lifecycle.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, quality control, and safety performance.
- Prepare and review project reporting, documentation, cost tracking, and change orders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical, logistical, or constructability challenges.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager in construction.
- Proven success managing and delivering site work and/or ground up construction.
- Engineering Degree or similar relevant degree.
- Stable work history with longer tenure at prior employers (not a job hopper).
Preferred (but not required)
- Mechanical experience or background working with mechanical scopes.
- Experience with public work contracts and public sector project delivery.
