Your Role

• Prepare accurate estimates for HVAC, sheet metal, and piping projects
• Manage project budgets and cost controls from preconstruction through execution
• Collaborate with field teams, vendors, and clients to ensure successful outcomes

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, sheet metal, piping, estimating, and/or project management
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and high-energy approach
• Familiarity with ViewPoint, Spectrum, Field Wire, or similar construction software
• Willingness to travel occasionally for project support
