Job Description

As High-End Residential Project Manager, you will oversee new construction and renovation projects valued up to $15M, with most projects falling in the $2M-$5M range.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and design teams
• Serving as the primary point of contact for discerning homeowners and stakeholders
• Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard of craftsmanship
• Maintaining clear communication with internal leadership and field staff
• Proactively identifying and resolving schedule, scope, or cost challenges
• Supporting a collaborative, professional jobsite environment

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - High End Residential should have:

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in high-end residential or custom home construction
• Background with a well-known, respected luxury home builder (required)
• Experience managing ground-up and/or complex renovation projects valued at $5M+
• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage high-expectation homeowners
• Proven ability to lead project teams and subcontractors effectively
• Candidates who have owned their own company must also have prior experience with a reputable builder
• Ability to commute to project sites across Greater Boston
