Description
- Assist in planning and managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any deviations promptly.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports.
- Conduct site visits to oversee progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support the procurement process by sourcing materials and negotiating with vendors.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues, providing timely solutions to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project goals and deliver exceptional results.
Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- A strong understanding of project management principles and practices in the construction industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 USD.
