Job Description

The Lead Super is responsible for:

• Supervising and managing all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitoring project schedules and budgets, proactively addressing potential delays or cost overruns.
• Ensuring compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Conducting regular site inspections and providing progress updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Resolving any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
• Overseeing material deliveries and ensuring proper inventory management on-site.
• Leading and mentoring on-site teams to promote a productive and collaborative work environment.

The Successful Applicant

The right candidate has the following qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience running ground up projects $40M
• Ability to lead a project from start to completions and oversee a team
• Must have MA CSL
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to oversee on-site staff and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
