Multifamily Construction Superintendent

Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year

• Perform daily inspections of the entire community and help prepare the two‑week schedule for subcontractors/suppliers.
• Prepare progress reports for the designated Project Manager.
• Help promote safety on projects and monitor subcontractor work in complying with the Company’s safety program.
• Run and conduct safety meetings weekly.
• Responsible for correcting any sub‑standard work.
• Manage the workload of field associates at the community.
• Mentor and train construction associates in the policies, procedures, systems and technical construction methods used by the Company.
• Participate in the hiring process of employees.
• Maintain construction documents (lot files, trade associate files and plan rack).

• 4+ years of experience – will consider Superintendents or Assistant Superintendents.
• Experience with commercial or residential buildings.
• Knowledge of construction building codes and methods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of PC and construction/business software.
