We're looking for a driven Construction Estimator to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality commercial interior projects. You'll focus on drywall, framing, acoustical systems, and interior finishes, working on impactful projects across the Boston area.

What You'll Do

+ Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and detailed cost estimates for commercial interior projects

+ Review drawings, specs, and project documents to develop competitive, winning bids

+ Partner with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors throughout the bid process

+ Gather and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing to ensure best value

+ Support bid reviews, scope alignment, and project handoff to operations

+ Assist with change orders, project documentation, and cost tracking

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams

+ Stay ahead of market trends, pricing shifts, and project risks

What We're Looking For

+ 2+ years of construction estimating experience (interiors preferred)

+

Experience with drywall, framing, acoustical ceilings, or interior finishes

+ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

+ Proficiency with estimating tools (On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, Plan Swift, or similar)

+ Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Office

+ Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills

+ Team-oriented mindset with solid communication skills

Bonus Points If You Have

+ Degree in Construction Management or related field

+ Commercial interior project experience

+ OSHA certification

+ Experience working in union environments
