We work closely with top‑tier landscape architects and design firms to build and maintain exceptional outdoor spaces through expert craftsmanship and horticultural insight.
We’re seeking a reliable and hardworking Class B CDL Driver / Operator / Laborer to support our construction teams. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is comfortable operating dump trucks, hauling construction equipment and materials, assisting crews in the field, and supporting day‑to‑day construction operations.
The ideal candidate is comfortable hauling and properly securing construction equipment, including skid steers, compact loaders, and excavators, and is capable of safely operating a variety of construction vehicles, including a 6‑wheel International dump truck, while navigating active construction sites, urban areas, and residential properties throughout New England.
Responsibilities- Safely operate company dump trucks, trailers, and construction equipment in support of daily operations
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload construction materials, equipment, and machinery
- Haul and properly secure equipment including skid steers, compact loaders, excavators, and attachments
- Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections, including tires, fluids, lights, brakes, and overall condition
- Report maintenance, equipment, or safety concerns to a supervisor
- Follow company safety standards, DOT requirements, and construction site protocols
- Assist crews with miscellaneous field tasks when needed
- Operate skid steers, excavators, and other construction equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional yard, vehicle, and jobsite
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience within the construction industry
- This position typically averages 50–60 hours per week during the construction season
- Candidates should be available to work Saturdays based on workload, weather conditions, and project schedules.
- Availability for occasional Saturday work is required
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Clean RMV driving record
- Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug test
- Experience operating skid steers, excavators, and other construction equipment
- Experience hauling and securing construction equipment and materials
- Ability to tow trailers, including landscape trailers, equipment trailers, mixers, and compressors
- Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor
- Familiarity with the Greater Boston area and surrounding New England region
