Skanska Integrated Solutions (SIS) provides construction project management consulting services. The Field Representative – SIS is responsible for field operations on the project(s) assigned in order to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project for the Owner. The Field Representative oversees the construction contractor’s field labor force and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time‑management skills, and strong communication and client service skills.
Responsibilities- Oversee field operations and construction contractor’s field labor force to achieve timely and profitable completion.
- Ensure compliance with project contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
- Maintain clear communication with owners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products.
- Broad understanding of the industry.
- Familiarity with drawing and specification requirements and with terms and conditions of project contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods on various building types.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience (8 years of experience with at least 3 years of prior relevant experience).

Compensation: $84,180 – $126,040 per year.
