Job Role s and Responsibilities

Lead ground-up multifamily construction projects.
Manage historic brownstone and full-gut renovation work.
Oversee daily field operations and construction activities.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trade partners.
Develop and maintain project schedules.
Ensure quality control and enforce safety standards.
Conduct site inspections and manage documentation.
Prepare and respond to RFIs and manage punch lists.
Handle project closeout and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Manage multiple active projects simultaneously.

Qualifications and Certifications

15-20+ years of construction field leadership experience preferred.
10+ years managing residential construction projects.
Experience with multifamily construction and historic renovation projects.
Proficiency in Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam.
Strong subcontractor management and project coordination skills.
Capable of running multiple projects independently.
