Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead hospitality construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project teams while overseeing budgets, schedules, procurement, and overall project execution.

This is an ideal opportunity for a driven construction professional who enjoys leading teams, building client relationships, and taking ownership of complex projects.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Hospitality construction experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Annual bonus potential up to 20%
  • Monthly vehicle allowance starting around $500 and increasing with seniority
  • 3-4 weeks of PTO plus applicable state sick leave
