Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on hospitality construction projects. The Superintendent will be responsible for overall site management, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, safety, quality control, and successful project delivery.
This role is ideal for a construction leader who enjoys running projects, building strong teams, and taking ownership of field operations from start to finish.
Qualifications- 8+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Hospitality project experience preferred
- Proven track record delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget
- Strong scheduling and sequencing expertise
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Thorough understanding of construction means, methods, and safety practices
- Annual bonus potential up to approximately 20%
- Monthly vehicle allowance starting around $500 and increasing with seniority
- 3-4 weeks of PTO plus applicable state sick leave
