Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end residential construction projects in the Greater Boston area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion while maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage residential construction projects throughout all phases, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
  • Coordinate with homeowners, architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Prepare and review project estimates, proposals, and change orders.
  • Monitor project costs and profitability while identifying opportunities for efficiencies.
  • Conduct site visits and oversee project progress, quality, and safety standards.
  • Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings and helping secure new project opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local architects, consultants, and industry partners.
  • Utilize project management software to track project milestones, documentation, and communication.
Required
  • Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in residential construction within the Greater Boston area.
  • Proven experience with estimating and budgeting.
  • Established network and familiarity with local architects and construction professionals.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Must currently reside in the Greater Boston area (relocation candidates will not be considered).
Preferred
  • Experience using Procore or similar construction management software.
  • Background managing custom homes, renovations, or high-end residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of local building codes, permitting processes, and construction practices.
