Construction Superintendent

Castagna Construction is expanding, and we’re looking for Assistant Project Superintendents and Project Superintendents to join our field leadership team.

This is an opportunity to step into a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll play a key part in delivering quality construction projects while building long-term career growth with a respected general contractor.

While our office is based in Danvers, MA
, this role includes travel throughout key regions of Massachusetts to support active job sites.

You’ll be deeply involved in the day-to-day execution of projects, working alongside experienced professionals and contributing to job site success from start to finish:

• Support and help enforce a safe, compliant, and high-performing job site environment
• Act as a key contributor in field operations
  , supporting project execution and coordination
• Build strong, professional relationships with:
  • Owners
  • Architects
  • Inspectors
  • Subcontractors
• Assist with field leadership of subcontractors
  , ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met
• Help manage all aspects of job site execution, including:
  • Reviewing drawings, specs, and shop submittals
  • Monitoring deliveries and logistics
  • Identifying and mitigating job site risks
  • Ensuring compliance with OSHA and building codes
• Contribute to project planning and scheduling
  , including short-interval planning to keep projects on track

Required:

• 4+ years of construction experience
• Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License
• Strong understanding of job site operations and field execution
• Basic computer skills and comfort with project documentation

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in Massachusetts public construction projects
