Civil Superintendent - Design-Build

We are seeking an experienced Design-Build Superintendent to lead field operations on complex heavy civil and infrastructure projects from preconstruction through final completion.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive heavy civil construction experience and a strong understanding of design-build project delivery, constructability reviews, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

• 10+ years of heavy civil construction experience, including significant superintendent-level responsibility
• Prior experience managing design-build, CM/GC, or alternative delivery infrastructure projects preferred
• Strong background in one or more of the following:
• Highway and bridge construction
• Utility infrastructure
• Water and wastewater projects
• Transit and transportation infrastructure
• Demonstrated success leading large field teams and coordinating multiple subcontractors
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and design documents
• Working knowledge of CPM scheduling and project controls
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout New England as project needs require
