Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Design-Build Superintendent to lead field operations on complex heavy civil and infrastructure projects from preconstruction through final completion.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive heavy civil construction experience and a strong understanding of design-build project delivery, constructability reviews, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
Qualifications- 10+ years of heavy civil construction experience, including significant superintendent-level responsibility
- Prior experience managing design-build, CM/GC, or alternative delivery infrastructure projects preferred
- Strong background in one or more of the following:
- Highway and bridge construction
- Utility infrastructure
- Water and wastewater projects
- Transit and transportation infrastructure
- Demonstrated success leading large field teams and coordinating multiple subcontractors
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and design documents
- Working knowledge of CPM scheduling and project controls
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout New England as project needs require
