The Safety Manager oversees safety programs across multiple multifamily construction sites, working closely with site leadership to maintain a proactive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and enforce company safety programs
- Conduct site safety audits and training sessions
- Investigate incidents and manage corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations
- Partner with Superintendents and Project Managers
- 5+ years of construction safety experience
- Multifamily or large commercial project background preferred
- OSHA 30 and other relevant certifications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
