Construction Project Manager
You excel in managing multiple capital projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. You have experience working with the construction of asphalt roadways, overseeing electrical systems installation, and conforming to FAA regulations.
Job Description:
- Identify and propose potential projects for inclusion in the Capital Program.
- Coordinate consultant selection process, including RFQ/RFP preparation, briefings, and contract negotiation.
- Manage project development, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule, and lead the construction phase overseeing contractor activities and compliance.
Background:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering.
- 10+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years managing large, complex capital projects with budgets exceeding $5 million.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect.
- Familiarity with FAA standards and Massachusetts public bidding laws.
