We are a Boston-based builder with over two decades of experience delivering high-quality residential projects. Our work includes ground-up multifamily construction, large-scale renovations, and complex restoration efforts across some of the city’s most established neighborhoods. We're looking for an experienced construction leader to oversee multifamily residential projects throughout the Greater Boston area. This is an opportunity to join a growing builder where you'll have significant autonomy, direct interaction with company leadership, and the opportunity to help shape the future of the organization.

This role is ideal for a field-first professional who enjoys running projects from the ground up, leading subcontractors, solving problems in real time, and delivering exceptional finished products. While this is primarily a Superintendent role, you'll also be involved in many of the project management functions that keep projects organized and moving forward.

• Lead all day-to-day field operations on multifamily residential construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, material deliveries, and site logistics.
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and overall project execution.
• Partner with ownership, architects, engineers, and clients to proactively resolve issues.
• Utilize construction management software to maintain project documentation, schedules, and communication.
• Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget while delivering an outstanding client experience.
• Mentor field personnel and contribute to the continued growth of the construction team.

• 10+ years of construction leadership experience.
• A proven track record managing ground-up multifamily and/or major residential renovation projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills.
• Experience using modern construction management software such as Procore or similar platforms.
• The ability to independently lead projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Experience working in urban construction environments is highly preferred.
