They are currently looking for a motivated Assistant Superintendent to support field operations on large-scale multifamily residential projects across the Boston area. Key Responsibilities- Field Management: Support daily operations for mid-to-high-rise projects.
- Trade Coordination: Sequence subcontractors to maximize efficiency and minimize overlap.
- Logistics: Oversee material deliveries, hoist/elevator scheduling, and site staging.
- Quality & Safety: Perform site inspections (MEP, waterproofing, finishes) and lead safety protocols.
- Milestone Tracking: Drive unit turnovers, manage punch lists, and assist with inspections and close-out.
- Documentation: Maintain daily logs, site photos, and resolve field RFIs.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in multifamily residential construction (ground-up preferred).
- Technical Skill: Ability to interpret complex drawings; expertise in unit sequencing.
- Software: Proficiency in industry tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
- Compliance: Current OSHA certification.
- Mindset: Proactive, organized, and solutions-driven.
