Salary: $75,000–$175,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Due to continued project demand, our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Interior Superintendent to oversee office interior renovation projects from pre-construction through completion.

Projects range from small tenant improvements and demolition works through to full-floor fit-outs and renovations valued between $200K and $10M. The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple stakeholders, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring quality delivery.

• Manage commercial office interior renovation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities to maintain project schedules.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
• Work closely with Project Managers, the office team and field personnel.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and union trades.
• Oversee projects ranging from demolition packages to full commercial fit-outs.

• Proven experience as a Superintendent delivering commercial interior renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Downtown Boston and Cambridge construction market.
• Experience managing office interior build-outs and tenant improvement projects.
• Background delivering projects valued from approximately $200K upwards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Union project experience is highly desirable (Laborers and Carpenters).

• Competitive salary between $75,000 and $175,000
