Project Manager – Life Science
Location:
Boston, MA Pay: $140,000 - $180,000+ (dependent on experience)
Schedule:
Mix of on-site and in-office with local travel throughout Greater Boston
We've partnered with a veteran owned GC that provides high-quality construction management services across the Greater Boston area, with a strong reputation in the Life Science, Institutional, and Commercial sectors. Known for their technical excellence and collaborative culture, they specialize in complex, high-performance facilities like biotech labs, cGMP spaces, and R&D environments. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a passion for managing technical construction projects.
What you get to do:
• Lead ground-up and interior fit-out projects within the Life Science space
• Manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships from start to finish
• Oversee MEP coordination, cleanroom requirements, and compliance
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure project safety, quality, and communication at every step
What you need to succeed:
• 7+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong background in Life Science/cGMP/cleanroom facilities
• Proficiency in construction software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Competitive base salary ($140k - $180k+ depending on experience)
