An established and rapidly expanding property restoration and reconstruction organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead residential rebuilding projects from award through final completion. As the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of multiple reconstruction projects while serving as the primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

• Direct multiple residential reconstruction projects from project kickoff through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall execution plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and material deliveries to maintain project momentum.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners by providing consistent communication and project updates.
• Monitor project costs and timelines while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Resolve field issues quickly and proactively to minimize delays.
• Ensure workmanship meets company quality expectations and applicable building standards.
• Track project progress using Airtable and other project management technology.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve operational processes and project delivery.
• Maintain accountability for customer satisfaction, project performance, and successful completion.

• Two or more years of project management experience, preferably within construction, reconstruction, restoration, or residential remodeling.
• Demonstrated ability to manage several active projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating project schedules, budgets, subcontractor activities, and field operations.
• Comfortable learning and utilizing project management software, including Airtable.
• Self-motivated professional with an ownership mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer focused environment.

• Background in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential construction.
• Experience improving project workflows and operational efficiency.
