We are hiring a Superintendent to lead field operations on active projects in our portfolio. You will own the site: schedule, safety, quality, logistics, and trade coordination from structure through turnover. You will report directly to the Head of Construction and work closely with ownership, which means fast decisions and full accountability for what happens on your site. High-rise experience is a requirement, not a preference.

• Direct all day-to-day field operations on projects, serving as the primary on-site point of contact for subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors.
• Own vertical logistics: crane and hoisting operations, material staging and deliveries on a constrained site, floor-cycle sequencing, and site access planning.
• Lead daily site walks, toolbox talks, and safety meetings; enforce all safety protocols and act as the primary safety representative in the field.
• Build and manage two- and three-week look-ahead schedules; maintain alignment with the master schedule and flag risks to leadership before they become delays.
• Enforce quality control standards trade by trade, floor by floor, with particular attention to structure, envelope, and MEP rough-in sequencing.
• Coordinate city and third-party inspections, including life safety and envelope milestones, and keep the inspection schedule ahead of the work.
• Review subcontractor change orders, invoices, and requisitions with leadership; provide field input on cost control and constructability.
• Support the preparation and review of submittals and RFIs; drive timely responses so the field never waits on paper.
• Own project documentation: daily reports, safety logs, photo records, and manpower tracking.
• Lead punch list execution, closeout documentation, and turnover, including coordination of commissioning and final inspections.
• Work directly with ownership, design consultants, and the Head of Construction on changes, approvals, and milestone planning.
• Support internal reporting, workflow optimization, and system development as the company scales.

• 8+ years of field supervision experience with a general contractor or developer-builder, including a lead superintendent role on at least one ground-up high-rise or podium-and-tower project.
• Demonstrated command of high-rise means and methods: concrete or steel structure cycles, crane and hoist logistics, exterior envelope sequencing, and vertical MEP coordination.
• Experience running constrained sites and managing relationships with municipal inspectors and Authorities Having Jurisdiction;
  Boston experience strongly preferred.
• Strong command of scheduling, safety compliance, and trade coordination across union and open-shop environments.
• OSHA 30 is required. Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License and Procore proficiency a plus.
