Overview

Resant Improvement LLC is a growing residential and commercial construction company serving Greater Boston, the South Shore, and surrounding communities. We specialize in renovations, remodeling, and new construction.

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through completion.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client communication, quality control, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Experience in construction project management or a related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction methods, permits
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered

• Salary: $50,000–$70,000 per year (based on experience)
