Job Title:

Location:

Salary:

Ready to join a General Contractor where you'll genuinely be valued?

Not every contractor is the same.

Some are built around chasing volume. Others are built around delivering quality projects, looking after their people, and building long-term client relationships.

Our client is firmly in the second category.

With more than 40 years of success across the Greater Boston construction market, they've established an outstanding reputation for delivering high-end commercial interiors, workplace renovations and tenant improvement projects for a portfolio of repeat clients across healthcare, education, technology, corporate office and life sciences.

As their project pipeline continues to grow, they're looking to bring in an experienced Assistant Project Manager who wants to build a long-term career within a stable, respected General Contractor.

Why consider this opportunity?
  • Join a well-established contractor with an excellent reputation across Massachusetts.
  • Work alongside experienced Project Managers who will continue to invest in your development.
  • Diverse commercial interiors portfolio with no two projects the same.
  • Stable pipeline of repeat business.
  • Genuine progression into Project Management.
  • Supportive, collaborative team where your contribution is recognised.
Your responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals and project documentation.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and material deliveries.
  • Support multiple Project Managers across live projects.
  • Assist with procurement, scheduling and project reporting.
  • Prepare close-out documentation.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients, consultants and trade partners.
What we're looking for
  • Previous Assistant Project Manager experience with a Commercial General Contractor.
  • Commercial interiors or commercial construction experience.
  • Strong understanding of project administration and documentation.
  • Boston construction market experience.
  • Organised, motivated and eager to continue developing your career.
