Talent Edge Recruiting represents a premier heavy civil contractor in Massachusetts seeking a qualified Superintendent to lead self-performed underground utility projects ranging from $10M–$30M. The role is 100% on-site with no overnight travel, covering Boston, the North Shore, South Shore and Cape Cod.
You'll manage 2–3 field crews, coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule, and budgets while maintaining documentation and look-ahead schedules.
