Projects range from complex renovations to large-scale ground-up developments, giving you exposure to some of the most interesting work happening across Greater Boston and Eastern Massachusetts.

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Lead project schedules, budgets, and overall financial performance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and field operations
• Work closely with Superintendents to ensure successful project execution
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and help develop the next generation of project leaders

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Experience delivering ground-up and/or complex renovation projects
• Strong financial, scheduling, and client management skills
• Experience with in commercial, multifamily, healthcare, institutional, life sciences, or similar markets
