Senior Associate ​/ Engagement Manager (Project Execution

Location: Preferred NY/NJ, mid-Atlantic region

• Own the delivery of key work streams across construction cost estimating, integrated master scheduling, design development, and federal procurement documentation
• Translate technical documents into structured outputs — including estimate tables, schematic design criteria, and client-ready project schedules
• Coordinate across internal teams, design/engineering partners, and government stakeholders
• Support the development of prefabrication-ready standards, performance frameworks, and repeatable design guides
• Participate in charrettes, workshops, and design review sessions to move deliverables from draft to decision
• Identify issues early, propose solutions, and keep momentum on track

• Degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline
• 3 years of experience in field construction, preconstruction, or estimating — ideally in a general contractor or AEC environment
• Strong understanding of design-build workflows and lean construction considerations
• Excellent communicator with strong writing and synthesis skills
• Industrialized construction experience is a strong plus, but not required
• Military experience or experience working with federal clients is a strong plus
• Comfortable working independently, owning timelines, and adapting in a fast-changing environment
• A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
