The Regional Construction Director oversees all construction operations within the assigned region, including asset management, project management, and field supervision. This role provides leadership to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and Supervisors to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Cotton’s standards for quality and customer service. The Director is responsible for driving operational performance, maintaining project profitability, and supporting the consistent delivery of construction services across the region.

  • Operational Leadership & Project Oversight
  • Oversee all construction operations for assigned regions.
  • Coordinate with Construction Project Coordinators to ensure appropriate management and staffing across projects.
  • Ensure adherence to construction protocols, project policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, review status reports, and provide weekly production updates to the EVP.
  • Manage construction schedules to ensure timely project completion and delivery.
  • Conduct regular job site visits to monitor work in progress and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.

  • tLead and directly manage Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and Supervisors
  • .Assign PMs/APMs to projects and monitor workload balance
  • .Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members
  • .Conduct formal performance evaluations and recommend training, development, and career growth opportunities
  • .Identify high-potential candidates and provide hiring recommendations

    Experience leading multi-site project teams and managing high-volume, fast-paced work environm
  • ents.

    Strong construction knowl

    Good driving record (required for insurability to drive a company vehicle and represent the comp
