They are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on technically challenging projects ranging from $10M-$50M
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all onsite construction activities with a strong focus on safety, quality, schedule, and productivity.
  • Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, and trade partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to maintain and execute project schedules, logistics plans, and project milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety requirements, inspections, and quality control standards.
  • Coordinate project phasing, site logistics, and field staffing to support successful project delivery.
  • Maintain effective communication between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams.
  • Mentor and develop field personnel while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges in fast-paced and complex construction environments.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor.
  • Proven experience leading Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory, or other highly technical construction projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple trades and field personnel.
  • Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and develop construction teams.
  • Experience managing projects valued between $10M and $50M.
  • Success delivering complex, logistically challenging, and schedule-driven projects.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
