They are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on technically challenging projects ranging from $10M-$50M
.

Key Responsibilities- Lead all onsite construction activities with a strong focus on safety, quality, schedule, and productivity.
- Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, and trade partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to maintain and execute project schedules, logistics plans, and project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with all safety requirements, inspections, and quality control standards.
- Coordinate project phasing, site logistics, and field staffing to support successful project delivery.
- Maintain effective communication between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Mentor and develop field personnel while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
- Proactively identify and resolve project challenges in fast-paced and complex construction environments.
- 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor.
- Proven experience leading Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory, or other highly technical construction projects.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple trades and field personnel.
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and develop construction teams.
- Experience managing projects valued between $10M and $50M.
- Success delivering complex, logistically challenging, and schedule-driven projects.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
