As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various construction projects. Leveraging your extensive experience in the construction industry, you will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Manage project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff. Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure team members perform at their best and meet project objectives.
  • Coordinate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and productivity. Anticipate and resolve resource constraints or conflicts to maintain project momentum.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Proactively address challenges and obstacles that may impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders. Maintain open lines of communication, provide regular project updates, and address stakeholder concerns or inquiries promptly.
  • Ensure construction projects adhere to industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify workmanship and compliance with specifications.
  • Monitor project expenditures and financial performance against budgetary targets. Implement cost-saving measures and identify opportunities to optimize project costs without compromising quality or safety.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent follow-up skills and drive to meet deadlines
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Motivated and able to multitask
  • Detail and deadline oriented
  • Ability to travel on a regular basis throughout MA
  • Must be able to commute and have reliable transportation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • CSL, PMP or CAPM certification is a plus

Work Location:

10% in the office in North Andover; 90% job sites and field inspections
