Greater Boston builders are hiring Assistant Superintendents for commercial and multifamily work, from the city out through the South Shore and Cape Cod. You run the site day to day alongside the lead superintendent: subcontractor coordination, layout, safety, quality, and the daily log that keeps everyone honest. The job:

Daily site operations beside the lead superintendent
Subcontractor coordination and look ahead scheduling
Safety and quality enforced, not just documented
Layout, inspections, and punch through close out
Field reporting the project manager can actually use

Two to five years in the field on commercial, multifamily or institutional work. What matters most is that you want your own job in a few years, and that you pick a company that will give it to you.
