Sr Superintendent - Life Science

As a Senior Superintendent specializing in Life Science projects, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex, high-visibility construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while fostering a positive team culture.

• Lead all daily field operations to ensure site safety, construction progress, quality control, and site cleanliness.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of project strategy, including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, and inspections.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain an accurate and updated project schedule that aligns with cost and time requirements.
• Maintain open and effective communication with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations, and project direction.
• Promote positive relationships with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring fair and professional interactions and instilling this philosophy within the project team.
• Mentor, train, and develop field personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent with a general contractor.
• Proven ability to manage field personnel and all trades on site, with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience training, developing, and mentoring team members.
• Project experience in Life Science, Defense Light, Commercial, MSBA, Massport, or Higher Education sectors.
• Experience managing projects ranging from $10M to $50M in size.
• Demonstrated success with complex, logistically challenging, fast-paced, and high-visibility projects.
