Residential Construction Superintendent​/Site Supervisor

Incendia Partners is representing a Residential Luxury Home Builder seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to join its growing team. This newly created role provides additional capabilities and leadership as the company builds on its reputation as one of the top luxury home remodelers in Massachusetts, while also expanding its presence in the Custom Home Build market. This Site Superintendent will be responsible for the firm’s largest and most complex job sites.

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor specializing in high-end and luxury residential construction and remodeling. The ideal candidate has a passion for craftsmanship, a dedication to excellence, and a proven ability to manage sites and teams with precision and professionalism.

The Company's Design-build Services Enable It To Develop Custom Solutions For Its Clients, And They Are Currently Recognized As One Of The Top Remodeling Companies In Massachusetts. This Position Provides Additional Capabilities And Leadership As They Grow Their Presence In The Design-build Market And Take On Even Higher-budget Projects In The Luxury Remodel Market.

• Lead construction and remodeling sites for luxury residential homes, ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
• Communicate effectively with clients, crew members, subcontractors, and management to maintain clarity and collaboration throughout Sites.
• Supervise crews, oversee subcontractors, and manage inspections to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with local codes.
• Maintain an impeccable focus on quality control, detail, and the finer aspects of luxury construction.
• Plan ahead to identify potential challenges, solve problems proactively, and ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay open to learning new techniques, materials, and methods, continually broadening your skillset.
• Leverage technology and online communication tools to streamline site management and collaboration.
• Demonstrate an understanding of sustainability principles, building science, advanced framing, air sealing, water management, and weatherization techniques to deliver energy-efficient and sustainable homes.
• Accurately calculate material takeoffs, order materials, and manage resources to avoid delays.
• Track Site timelines, estimate workloads, and provide detailed reports to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site aligned with the expectations of high-end clientele.
• Foster a cohesive, respectful, and collaborative team environment on the job site.

• 6-10+ years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling or construction, with a focus on high-end homes.
• Ability to work in Boston and surrounding suburbs (Newton, Wellesley, etc.)
• Proven ability to lead crews, manage subcontractors, and oversee inspections.
• Keen attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to plan proactively.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Massachusetts CSL is a plus.
