We’re looking for a creative, trend-driven Designer – Soft Home to join our team! If you have a passion for textiles, strong market awareness, and leadership experience, we’d love to connect.
As a Designer – Soft Home, you will:- Lead design projects from concept to final product
- Create innovative, on‑trend soft home collections
- Conduct trend research & market analysis
- Select materials with strong knowledge of color, texture & fabric
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product development, sourcing & stakeholders
- Present collections confidently to clients and internal teams
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite & CAD tools
- Deep understanding of trend forecasting & consumer insights
- Leadership ability to mentor and guide junior designers
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Interior Design, or related field
- Work on innovative, market‑relevant collections
- Hybrid flexibility (Boston‑based role)
