We’re looking for a full‑time Senior AI Design Strategist to join the Marketing Design team. If you’re passionate about design and energized by building smarter, more scalable ways to deliver creative work, then you’ll feel right at home here.
In this role, you’ll help evolve how we produce and scale marketing creative by leveraging generative AI tools to streamline production, expand creative possibilities, and elevate deliverable quality. You’ll be responsible for building repeatable systems, workflows, and guardrails that enable our team to produce high‑performing, platform‑optimized creative efficiently — without sacrificing craft, strategic intent, or brand integrity.
You are a strong designer first — with the curiosity and technical fluency to experiment, refine processes, and teach others how to work with AI responsibly and effectively. You understand digital marketing, work well with others, and know how to keep momentum going throughout a project.
What You’ll Do- Lead in the strategy, creation, and development of AI‑enabled marketing design deliverables including social graphics, short‑form and long form videos, animations, banner ads, custom email templates, landing pages, and presentation design.
- Own and evolve AI workflows and production systems — including prompt libraries, reusable templates, tool guides, QA standards, and scalable processes that increase output and consistency across projects.
- Partner with Paid Media and Strategy teams to support performance creative needs, including developing modular creative systems and creating variation frameworks to increase testing velocity across channels (Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, Display, etc.).
- Evaluate, select, and maintain AI tools for team use based on usability, functionality, cost, and workflow alignment, ensuring intuitive adoption and meaningful impact on creative output and efficiency.
- Apply and audit a toolkit for generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, Sora, etc.) to enhance ideation and production — ensuring outputs are high‑quality, visually consistent, and aligned to brand.
- Develop AI‑generated mockups and visual concepts to support pitches, client presentations, and internal ideation — translating strategic ideas into compelling creative directions quickly.
- Work closely with Directors, Art Directors, Account and Project Managers, and cross‑functional teams to concept and develop creative content while following brand guidelines and best practices.
- Establish and maintain brand safety and ethical AI usage guardrails, including standards for licensing, usage rights, responsible AI application, and quality control across AI‑generated content.
- Serve as a trusted resource for team members — mentor and enable designers through AI best practices, prompt development, workflow training, and team‑wide QA review processes.
- Lead ongoing improvement of internal AI enablement resources including onboarding documentation, training modules, team templates, and recommended toolkits.
- Track engagement and performance data (in partnership with marketing teams) to iterate on creative systems and improve what we produce based on real channel outcomes.
- Stay current with social media trends, AI tools, platform updates, and evolving standards around ethical and responsible AI use in creative production.
- Lead client education and visibility around AI capabilities, strengthen relationships and retention by clearly communicating value, develop AI‑driven packages and sales enablement, and partner with teams to integrate AI solutions that support client goals.
- Exceptional creative and design portfolio, including examples of high‑quality marketing design work across multiple formats. Explanation of AI‑enabled work or workflow innovation.
- Expert Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects; Premiere is a plus).
- Hands‑on experience using generative AI tools for design and video production, and the ability to integrate them into a real‑world creative production workflow.
