In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting the brand's narrative across key social platforms, driving impactful content, and cultivating a thriving global community. Your contributions will directly enhance brand visibility, foster authentic connections, and keep the brand at the pulse of emerging digital trends.

What you’ll do:
  • Content Development: Conceptualize and create compelling social‑first content for key brand stories across priority social platforms.
  • Platform Management: Manage distribution, scheduling, posting of all content across global social media channels, ensuring daily platform hygiene including bio updates, links, highlights, and playlists.
  • Community Building & Management: Actively engage with, listen to, and grow social communities through consistent monitoring, direct responses, and follower engagement.
  • Social Listening: Maintain a keen awareness of sentiment and trends across the social ecosystem, identifying and elevating opportunities for real‑time reactions and participation.
  • Brand Voice: Uphold and evolve the brand’s tone of voice across all social platforms, ensuring seamless consistency with overall brand positioning.
  • Relationship Management: Collaborate effectively with all key stakeholders, including external partners (agencies) and internal departments such as Brand, Creative, and Communications.
Must-Have

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior social media role, working with globally recognized brands or companies.
  • Expert‑level proficiency across major social media platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, X, and You Tube.
  • A deep understanding of the brand's ethos and a keen eye for emerging social media trends.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of today's most popular social platforms and their influence on youth culture.
  • Deeply immersed in digital culture, with an innate ability to identify emerging trends across style, sports, art, music, and pop culture.
  • Proven experience in social media management and community management for brands, with a track record of executing best‑in‑class engagement strategies.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt to a distinct brand tone of voice and embody the brand persona in all outbound messaging.
  • A high standard of creative taste, coupled with a detail‑oriented mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A highly motivated and collaborative professional, capable of driving projects independently, meeting tight deadlines, and working cross‑functionally.
