Junior Apparel Designer (Part-Time, Ongoing)
Medford, MA (Onsite)
2–3 Days Per Week
Start: ASAP
A growing apparel team based in Medford is seeking a Junior Apparel Designer to support ongoing design needs. This is no longer a short-term project. The team is looking for consistent part-time support (2–3 days per week) with the opportunity for long-term collaboration.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career designer to gain hands‑on experience working alongside a senior designer and contributing to seasonal development.
Responsibilities:- Assist with apparel design execution across seasonal concepts
- Create flats and support tech pack development
- Apply trend direction to cohesive design work
- Work within an established brand aesthetic and take direction efficiently
- Recent graduate or 0–2 years of apparel design experience
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
- Able to work collaboratively in an onsite environment
