We're looking for a confident, persuasive individual who is ready to change lives through sales of our inclusive, fun, stress-free dance class membership. You will connect with clients at our classes to learn about their experience, reasons for coming, and how Diva Dance can help them reach their goals, and then present membership options that fit best. You will also onboard new members, ensure they maximize their membership, and post to our social media accounts during classes while observing the class experience.

The ideal candidate thrives on building rapport, is fun, values-driven, obsessed with excellence, and wants to make a difference in people’s lives. Persuasive, articulate, and confident. Experience in customer service and/or sales preferred. All onboarding details provided.

We are looking for you to host 1‑2 classes per week – mostly in the evenings and possibly on weekends, in a studio in Boston. Reliable transportation to the studio is required. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US. Compensation is $15 per class plus $10 per membership sold, and you receive free dance classes. It is ideal to have a tablet or iPad for this role.
